CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for experienced outbound agents to join our expanding team as contractors working from home.

Position Description

Contractor – Work-At-Home - Call Center Representative

 

The Call Center Customer Service Representative Contractor role will involve speaking with prospective customers who are looking for information about various home improvement projects. The ability to effectively acknowledge and overcome homeowner concerns is critical.

Required attributes for our Contractor Call Center Representatives:

  • Automated dialing EXPERIENCED in a call center: 2 years

  • Necessary equipment and stable internet to perform duties

  • Professional work environment that is quiet

  • Positive attitude

  • Competitive drive

  • Highly energetic

  • Outgoing personality

  • Professional and courteous demeanor

  • Reliable and punctual when scheduled to work

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous outbound call center experience and/or sales experience

 

Call Center Customer Service Representatives Contractors are provided with:

  • Paid training and in-person training at our facility in Montego Bay

  • Performance based bonuses

  • Ability to work-from-home, define their own hours

  • Industry leading compensation

 

Job Type: Up to 40+ hours a week available

 

Pay:

Up to $650/hr*

PLUS: $100-1000/hr

In Bonus & Commissions

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability

 

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

 

Local Office Support Location:

Downtown Montego Bay, St. James
Kingston, St Andrew
