Position Description

Senior Product Technologist (AI Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Innovation:

  • Lead the research, design, and development of advanced products and technical solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Identify emerging technologies and trends, specifically in the area of AI, and introduce them into product roadmaps.

 

 

Technical Leadership:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product architecture, technology stack, and integration.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring high-quality outputs.

  • Product Development:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, specifications, and timelines.

  • Drive the end-to-end development process, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of products.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product features align with market demands and client expectations.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring all products meet regulatory and industry requirements.

  • Oversee testing, debugging, and performance optimization processes.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze product performance data to make informed recommendations for improvements.

  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics.

  • Manage third-party technology partners and identify new providers to support our business.

 

    

Experience:

  • 5+ years in technology development and leadership, with experience in marketing or call center technology a plus.

  • 1+ years in AI development and integration

  • Proven track record of bringing innovative products to market.

    

Education:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of product architecture, cloud computing, and software development.

  • Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and API integrations.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
