Senior Product Technologist (AI Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Innovation:

Lead the research, design, and development of advanced products and technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Identify emerging technologies and trends, specifically in the area of AI, and introduce them into product roadmaps.
Technical Leadership:

Serve as the subject matter expert for product architecture, technology stack, and integration.

Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Product Development:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, specifications, and timelines.

Drive the end-to-end development process, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of products.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product features align with market demands and client expectations.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring all products meet regulatory and industry requirements.

Oversee testing, debugging, and performance optimization processes.

Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze product performance data to make informed recommendations for improvements.

Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics.

Manage third-party technology partners and identify new providers to support our business.
Experience:

5+ years in technology development and leadership, with experience in marketing or call center technology a plus.

1+ years in AI development and integration

Proven track record of bringing innovative products to market.
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of product architecture, cloud computing, and software development.

Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and API integrations.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
