We are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our expanding team as contractors working from home.

Sales Development Representative (Contractor/At-Home Position)

Qualifications
-
Proven track record with at least 3 years in a sales development role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in the home improvement and/or home services space, or similar home-based industry

Solid phone skills, perfect English and writing skills. Calling is key to followup of emails and other electronic communications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

You have great copywriting skills, superb verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail

Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and identify trends and patterns; learn and understand our business and its services to clients

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both marketing, sales and senior management

Proficient in CRM sottware and knowledgeable in lead qualification and nurturing methodologies

Self-motivated and organized with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Responsibilities

As our Sales Development Representative
-
(SDR), you will report directly to senior management and will be instrumental in creating and nurturing sales-qualified leads from self-initiated calls, Linkedin data mining, company website and referrals, and meetings, and turning them into effective sales conversations

Working in lockstep with the management team, you'll develop a keen understanding of client needs and market opportunities, laying the groundwork for powerful sales engagements

Write, perform, and optimize email sequences on a daily basis to engage prospects through outbound emails, self-initiated calling, social media messaging, and other sources

Manage and nurture a pipeline of interested prospects, scheduling sales meetings or demos for the management team

Meet prospects independently and qualify for opportunities through Zoom meetings and calls to identify new sales opportunities from company and self-generated leads

Work closely with senior management to refine lead qualification processes, aligning marketing strategies with sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate leads within each unique territory and ensure seamless handover of sales-qualified leads, fostering synergy and cohesion between sales and marketing efforts

Leverage CRM tools to optimize campaigns, track engagement, report on lead activity, and provide insights into lead generation effectiveness
