FULL-TIME CONTRACTOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES 
(On-Site in Kingston, Montego Bay and newly open location In Portmore)

The Call Center Sales Representative Contractor role will involve speaking with prospective customers who are looking for information about various home improvement projects. The ability to effectively acknowledge and overcome homeowner concerns is critical.

• Automated dialing EXPERIENCED in a call center: 2 years

• Necessary equipment and stable internet to perform duties (If work-at-home)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous outbound call center experience and/or sales experience

• Work-At-Home Candidates: Dual screen setup is mandatory for this position to ensure efficient workflow and task management.

 
Call Center Sales Representatives Contractors are provided with:

• Paid training and in-person training at our facility in Kingston, St. Andrew or St.James

• Performance based bonuses (Uncapped)

Job Type:

Up to 40+ hours a week available
 
Pay:
Base Up to $750/hr* (JMD) (based on Experience)
PLUS: $300 – $2,000 hourly (JMD)
In Bonus & Commissions
 
Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday (5 days scheduled) 

• 8am – 8pm 7 days a week 

• Weekend availability

• Full-Time 

 
Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 
Experience:

• Sales, Collections and Outbound is the preferred call center experience
